A NETWORK FOR INCLUSION IN EAST LONDON
As an organisation, we do not pay lip service to inclusion, it is a key priority and we are extremely active in cultivating it as an ethos in our clubs and as an ambition in our community.
The Bubble Club works in partnership with a vast number of organisations to make this all possible. Within our network are venues, volunteer centres, radio stations, local learning disability projects, housing services, social services, community centres, training centres, GP’s, and the list goes on. These partners help make the Bubble Club in a variety of ways, from publicity to training. Some are important for referring new members others for sign posting potential volunteers. Some provide location space and others financial backing. Each link in the chain has its purpose.
We are working with some of the most hard to reach individuals in our community. People who often have little access to computers or phones or even the ability to use them. People with very little positive experience of public engagement, in particular, at night time. In order to reach out to these people, we need to be a known and trusted institution, in constant communication with a great number of people and organisations.
The Bubble Club is so much more than just a club night and it takes a huge amount of work behind the scenes and the help of a great number of other organisations to make it what it is and we are hugely grateful to all of them!
