The venue has step free entry through the courtyard however there are steps to the ticket desk entrance. If you are coming in a wheelchair, please come to the ticket entrance to collect your wristband first before coming through the courtyard entrance. There will be volunteers on the door to help guide you if its your first time.
There is an accessible toilet in the venue.
PA tickets are free on request. There is an option to select these tickets through the online booking system.
Easy read menus are available for those with visual impairments. Please ask for a copy at the ticket desk if you would like to see one.
There is seating available throughout the venue for those who need to sit.
We do not use strobe lighting anywhere in the venue.
