Current volunteer opportunities

Bub Hub Workshop Support:
In the run up to every event we run a programme of six planning workshops at the Bub Hub (Booth House) in Whitechapel. The creative workshops run from 12.30-4pm on a Friday and volunteers are asked to help support learning disabled members to engage with the workshop activities which range from brainstorms - digital design - set design - administration.

Sound Technician:
Expert sound technician requested to support setting up live music and DJ equipment and monitoring levels during sound check and show time at Bubble Club events.

Social Media & PR:
We produce a lot of content and are a very active bunch, we would like someone to help us get all of it online and looking fresh.

Creative Enabler
We work with a number of aspirational artists and performers with disabilties who would like support in developing their practice and promoting their talent. This is an opportunity for an experienced artist to connect with one of these individuals and support their creative development with the supervision and support of the Bubble Club team.

Volunteering with sense buddies

Sense Buddies is befriending programme connecting volunteers with disabled young people (10-25) who would like to go out more and access activities like the Bubble Club but currently lack the means or support to do so. It is a fantastic project with which we work closely and have seen the positive impacts and massive smiles on those young people faces first hand. Find out more HERE
