The concert, RNS Moves: Caroline Shaw, Arvo Pärt and Philip Glass, takes place on Sun 27 Sep at 3pm and brings together powerful, meditative works in a relaxed and welcoming setting. RNS Moves is a one-of-a-kind musical ensemble made up of professional disabled musicians and non-disabled members of Royal Northern Sinfonia. Together, they are pioneering a new style of inclusive musicmaking with improvisation and experimentation at its heart. One that breaks boundaries and flips expectations. One where everyone has an equal voice and the chance to shine. One that hopefully won’t be one of a kind much longer.
